Before contacting support
For registration issues, provide the email address and phone number used. For booking or stand issues, include your booking reference and stand number. For payment issues, include the payer name, amount, date, phone number, and transaction reference. Never send a PIN, OTP, password, or full card details.
Do not make payments to personal numbers or accounts circulated outside VendSpace. Official payment instructions and transaction status must be shown inside the platform.
